Terms of the sale:
1.) CONDITION OF ITEMS: I buy for and sell from my personal collection. Some were purchased factory sealed from retailers, some are opened and may have Parts off sprues. Some were acquired already open from shows or swap meets. I attempt to be as accurate as possible in my descriptions and make every effort to list any missing parts or damage, however, all items are  sold AS IS. Contents not inventoried. Contact manufacturer for help with any missing or damaged parts. Box art used in listing may not be exact, and is used as typical illustration only. Please view photos and ask any questions!
2.) RESPONSE: I will contact you with payment information in an e-mailed invoice at auction end. Buyer should respond within 3 days of auction end so I know your payment intentions. Arrangements for payment must be made within 3 calendar days of closing, or item will be re-listed and appropriate feedback left. Non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay immediately following the 3 day period.
3.) SHIPPING / POSTAGE: I securely pack items for shipping. Buyer to pay shipping and handling and insurance cost via USPS. Seller has option to choose best way to ship unless buyer specifies carrier and pays all fees involved. Items will ship within 10 business days after payment clears. Multiple winning bids combined to save shipping costs.
